摘要

迄今为止,关于战略变革的研究虽然在国际上已经比较成熟,但在国内却非常鲜见,大多为一些定性的研究。这种现象的主要原因在于国内在战略变革的定义与测量方法论上储备不足。本文首先从战略的定义源头谈起,讨论了战略变革的内涵;在此基础上,本文继续总结了国内外目前战略管理测量的四个角度与四种测量方法,最后提出了战略变革测量在中国的具体应用。

Abstract

Until now researches on the corporate strategic change have become very mature. However, these researches seldom can be seen in domestic. Even if exist, these researches mostly are qualitative. The authors contend that reason lies in absence of the definition and measurement methodology repertory. From the beginning of definition of strategy, the authors discuss what the strategic change should comprise. Based on these, the authors induce the four perspectives and four measurement methods. At last, the authors put forward with the special utilization of strategic change measurement in China.
