摘要

从知识转移的概念界定出发,将复杂自适应系统的特征应用于知识转移的影响因素分析,将知识转移的影响因素划分为:所转移知识的性质,知识发送方的传递动机、沟通编码能力,知识接收方的接收动机、沟通解码能力、吸收能力和已有知识基础,知识发送方与知识接收方的知识相容性,知识转移的沟通渠道等因素。

Abstract

Beyin with the definition of knowledge transfer, this paper analyzes knowledge transfer with complex system in terms of six infections: nature of knowledge to be transferred, motivational transmission and coding communication of the source, motivational disposition, ending communication and absorptive capacity of the receiving, knowledge consistence between the source and receiving, and transmission channels.
