企业合作知识创新已经成为适应经济全球化和快速发展的主要手段。本文提出了建立知识供应链这一合作方式,解决了目前知识合作中效率低、不规范和沟通难的问题。设计了知识供应链的概念模型,建立了知识供应链促进合作知识创新的模式,并把这个过程分为两个阶段分别进行解释和描述,为企业建立和应用知识供应链合作创新提供了方法和依据。

With the economic globalization and development, enterprise cooperative knowledge innovation has become important. The paper puts forward a mode of knowledge supply chain(KSC), and that solves the problem of inefficiency, nonstandard, and difficult communication in cooperation. It also designs the conception model of KSC, makes a mode of KSC promoting cooperative knowledge innovation, divides two stages to explain and describe the whole process, and provides a kind of method for enterprise cooperative knowledge innovation to create and apply KSC.
