摘要

高新技术产业已成为国民经济的重要组成部分。本文对高新技术企业发展过程中非常重要的两种行为——组织控制和技术创新之间的关系进行了研究,以对高新技术企业进行合理的内部控制方式和技术创新选择提供帮助。

Abstract

High-technology industry has been an important component in national economic system. This paper studied the relationship between firms' organizational control and tech-innovation choice which are two important organizational behaviors, and provides high-tech firms some useful suggestion on their rational internal control method and technological innovation choice.
