摘要： 本文针对我国农业技术推广工作的现状和存在的问题,分析了市场经济条件下农业技术推广各主体的价值取向,探讨了经济转型期农技推广所具有的准公共产品属性,最后提出了改革和创新农业技术推广体制的政策建议。

Abstract: Based on the understanding of current situation and existing problems of agricultural extension services in China, the paper analyzes different stakeholders' value orientation in a context of market economy, and explains the characteristic of agricultural extension services as public goods. The authors suggest that institutional innovation is necessary to adjust currently inefficient system of agricultural extension.
