摘要: 战略性人力资源管理的影响机制是战略性人力资源管理研究领域中倍受关注,但至今未有结论的话题。本文综述了有关该主题的理论与实证研究现状,探讨了各家理论的意义与缺陷,同时分析了造成实证研究结果不一致的主要原因。在此基础上提出了未来研究的努力方向。

Abstract: The mechanism of strategic human resource management is the topic which has attracted much attention but is far from being settled. In this article, current theories and researches are reviewed, the meaning and the limitation of various theories are discussed, the main cause of discrepancies is analyzed. Based on these, some promising directions are proposed.
