本文根据"脱钩"与"复钩"的基本思想,提出我国经济发展与能源消费相对"脱钩"与"复钩"的概念模型,并对我国经济发展与能源消费的响应关系进行实证研究,对我国能源弱"脱钩"现象背后存在的深层次问题及主要矛盾进行识别与分析。在此基础上对未来20年我国能源消费领域面临的问题、潜在的危机及发展战略进行预测分析。

According to the basic theory of comparative de-link and re-link, this paper proposes a conceptual model of comparative de-link and re-link relationship and a empirical study is done on the responsive relations between Chinese economy development and energy consumption. The weak de-link relationship and an expensive re-link tendency between economy and energy are identified and some major problems and key factors are discussed accordingly. Potential crisis faced by China in the near future is forecasted and some conclusions are made in the end.
