摘要： 如何将有限的人力、物力和财力等各类资源投入到科技成果转化项目中,最大限度地提高高新技术企业科技成果的转化效率已经成为我国高新技术企业发展的当务之急。评价科技成果的转化前景应从其经济效益、转化风险和技术成熟度等多个方面着手,当前我国高新技术成果转化项目最显著问题就是经济效益差,经济效益的好坏直接决定了成果转化项目的成败。本文构建了企业高新技术成果转化项目经济效益评价的指标体系,并提出使用BP神经网络的方法对高新技术成果转化经济效益进行评价,力图准确地度量转化项目的经济效益,为科学决策提供重要参考依据。

Abstract: How to put all kinds of resources, such as limited manpower, material resources and financial resources, etc., into the trasformatiou project of the scientific and technical outcome, and improve the transformation efficiency of the scientific and technical outcome of new and high technology enterprise at the greatest extension have already become the most pressing matter for Chinese new and high enterprises. The appraisal of the prospect of high-tech transformation outcome should carry on from the following aspects such as economical benefit, the risk of transformation, technical maturity and so on. At present in China, the most eminent question is that the economical benefit of transformation project is so dissatisfied. The status of economical benefit decides on whether the transformation project is successful or not. The index system appraising the transformation efficiency of outcome is set up, and the application of the BP neutral network method for the appraisal of the outcome transformation efficiency for new and high technology enterprise is proposed. To measure the economical benefit of transformation outcome will provide the important reference for administrators to make decisions in management.
