摘要： 在简要介绍期权博弈理论发展和研究成果的基础上,应用期权博弈理论研究双寡头竞争者在不完全竞争环境下的企业技术创新扩散问题,采纳新技术项目价值的变化使得竞争者分别可能形成同时、领先追随和共同延期三种不同的新技术采纳均衡策略,并为期权博弈研究新技术扩散提供了一个框架和研究方向。

Abstract: Based on the real option games method,the adoption of new technology under competition involved two companies.is researched on.The varies in the value of project bring on the three kinds of game equilibrium,that is,the simultaneous adoption strategy equilibrium,the leader and follower adoption strategy equilibrium and the deferred adoption strategy equilibrium.Therefore a framework for studying technology diffusion by the real option games method is provided.
