区域软环境对企业竞争力的作用机制及其评价体系

摘要: 通过企业竞争力最外层的关系要素,由“政府服务、社会文化、商业法制、市场环境、教育科技和金融服务”六大要素构成的区域软环境,以不同的方式和角度作用于企业的资源和知识要素,并最终从能力要素中显现出其对企业竞争力的作用结果。运用层次分析法可进一步构建起相应的区域软环境指标评价体系,并将其应用于浙江等省份的实证研究。

Abstract: Regional soft milieu consists of six factors: government,society,business legislation,market,education and science,and financial service.Through the relationship of outer factor of enterprise competitiveness,regional soft milieu takes effect on enterprise's resource and essential factor of knowledge in various means,and consequently shows its effect on enterprise's competence.An evaluation system based on AHP is set up,and an empirical study on Zhejiang province's regional soft milieu is given.
