摘要： 本文从合作技术创新界面及其管理的含义、界面问题形成原因与界面管理的一般原理,界面分类与界面管理研究的历史阶段,界面管理组织设计四个方面对近年来国内外界面管理的研究成果进行了述评,认为界面管理是合作技术创新研究中的一个重要问题,是新近研究关注的热点问题,这方面研究已经取得了相当的成就,一些问题的研究已经取得研究者们的初步认同。

Abstract: The literature in interfacemanagement of coordinative innovation is reviewed from five aspects. They are the definition of interfaceand interfacemanagement, the mechanism of interface obstacletackle, the classificationof interface, the history of interfaceresearch, and the principle of interfacemanagement. The achievement of the study on interface management in recent years is summarized, and some research directions in the future are put forward.
