摘要/Abstract

摘要： 产品开发集成创新是在了解顾客需求的基础上,设法把这些市场信息集成化并转化为产品概念,根据这种产品概念来在众多技术选择中挑选出最适合的技术,再通过研究、开发和制造等人员的共同努力,最后转变为满足顾客需求的有形商品。探讨了产品开发的集成创新过程,提出了产品开发集成创新的四阶段模型,并对产品开发集成创新过程中的沟通机制和信息演化机制进行了分析。

Abstract: The production integrated innovation is a specific type of innovation, by gathering the endeavor of R&D, design, manufacture and other department, it transforms the market demand and production conception into commodity. After discussing the process of integrated innovation, the paper brings forward the four-stage model on production integrated innovation, analyzes the mechanism of communication and information evolution during the integrated innovation.
