摘要: 本文对传统SWOT分析框架进行了改进和延伸,在极坐标体系中,构建了一个包括战略方位角和战略强度的战略向量,从定量分析的角度描述企业竞争态势和市场地位,为企业竞争战略的制定和实施提供了一个可操作性的平台。最后,结合某知名石油企业科技发展战略制定过程对上述步骤和方法进行了实证.

Abstract: The framework of SWOT is improved and extended, strategic vectors including strategic orientationangle and strategic intensityare instituted in the polar coordinate system, so that SWOT framework can effectively depict enterprise competitive posture and market status, which provide an operational platform for the strategic design and implement. Finally, the scientific researchdevelopment stratagem of a well-known petroleum enterprise is brought out to demonstrate above approachand method. 16Refs In Chinese
