摘要: 知识共享是组织知识管理的核心,如何测评与识别组织的知识共享能力是有关知识共享研究的一个重要课题。在本文,首先给出了组织知识共享能力的概念,分析了构成组织知识共享能力的两个维度:技术能力与非技术能力,在此基础上,构建了基于组织知识共享能力两个维度的测评指标体系;然后,给出了一种基于二元语义信息处理的知识共享能力测评方法,并建立了识别组织知识共享能力的矩阵模型,通过该模型可分析组织知识共享能力的强弱及成因;最后给出了一个实例分析,说明了本文给出方法的实用性和有效性。

Abstract: Knowledge sharing is the core of organizational knowledge management. How to measure and identify the organization’s knowledge sharing capability is a very important issue in knowledge sharing studies. Firstly, the concept of the organization’s knowledge sharing capability is presented, and the two dimensions, including technical and non-technical capability, which form the organization’s knowledge sharing capability, are analyzed. After that, the corresponding assessment criteria system is constructed based on these dimensions. Additionally, a measurement approach is proposed, and also, a matrix model is established to identify the organization’s knowledge sharing capability, by the model, the causes of formation and intensity for the capability can be analyzed. Finally an application is given to illustrate the practicability and validity of the approach proposed above.
