摘要：   创新型国家的创建，要求大量的国内企业拥有自主知识产权，合作创新是企业创造知识产权的一种有效方式，我国知识产权风险在亚洲排名第二，在合作创新的隐性知识转移中存在着大量的商业秘密风险。为此，本文探讨了合作创新中隐性知识转移引发的商业秘密风险的影响因素，在此基础上运用证据理论对合作创新中隐性知识转移引发的商业秘密风险的主要影响因素进行提取，为合作创新中隐性知识转移引发的商业秘密风险的量化和管理提供依据。

Abstract: In china, creation of a innovational nation requires plenty of domestic enterprises owning intellectual property; collaborative innovation is a valid way for enterprises to create the intellectual property. Intellectual property risk indexes of China ranked second place in Asia, lots of trade secret risks exist in tacit knowledge transfer based on the collaborative innovation. Therefore, the impacting factors are explored, and major elements are extracted by evidential reasoning, which provides a basement for quantifying and managing trade secret risks in tacit knowledge transfer based on the collaborative innovation. . 12 Refs In Chinese
