摘要： 本文基于企业资源观的理论核心要义，结合处于产业集群层面并为集群内部企业所特有的共享性资源特性，构建出基于共享性资源的集群企业竞争优势概念模型。而后采用结构方程模型法（SEM），对该概念模型进行了数理化验证与修正，并通过明确共享性资源通过战略性资源作用于集群企业竞争优势的各种路径关系，进而阐明了共享性资源对集群企业竞争优势的作用机理。

Abstract: By adopting the main theoretic points of RBV and combining with the characteristics of shared resources, which lie on the level of industrial clusters and are used by the firms in cluster exclusively, based on shared resources, a concept model of competitive advantage for the firms in cluster is built. Then, by using the method of Structural Equation Modeling(SEM), the concept model is validated and modified statistically. Through understanding the paths that the shared resources act on the competitive advantage of firms in cluster via strategic resources, the mechanism of shared resources acting on competitive advantage of firms in cluster is elucidated.
