摘要

    人工智能正在重塑创新生态系统的结构形态和创新主体之间的协作模式,给企业创新带来颠覆式变革,并对创新生态系统理论提出新的挑战。然而,当前的研究缺乏对人工智能如何参与构建创新生态系统的深入探讨。本文聚焦创新生态系统相关理论,基于华为鸿蒙系统的探索式案例分析,剖析人工智能参与下的创新生态系统结构及构建过程。研究发现:(1)AI作为创新主体扮演着赋能者、支持者、联结者和驱动者的多重身份,AI参与下的创新生态系统呈现出人类与AI双元创新主体共存的特征;(2)AI作为创新技术推动了创新主体间的多层次、全方位交互,促使创新生态系统呈现多元化和去中心化特点。(3)AI与其参与下的创新生态系统共演共生,在创新生态系统构建的不同阶段,创新机制呈现出专家主导—伙伴联合—协同共享的演进路径。本研究进一步丰富并发展了创新生态系统理论,有助于为企业构建新形势下的创新生态系统,从而增强创新活力与可持续发展能力提供指引。

Abstract

    Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the structural form of the innovation ecosystems and cooperation modes between innovation subjects, bringing disruptive changes to enterprise innovation, and posing new challenges to the innovation ecosystem theory. However, current research lacks insight into how AI participates in building the innovation ecosystem. This paper focused on the theories related to innovation ecosystems, and analyzed the structure and construction process of the innovation ecosystems with AI participation based on the exploratory case study of Huawei′s HarmonyOS. The research found that: (1) AI, as the innovation subject, plays such multiple identities as enabler, supporter, connector and driver, and the innovation ecosystem with AI participation presents the characteristics of coexistence of human and AI dual innovation subjects; (2) AI, as the innovative technology, promotes multi-level and all-round interaction among innovation subjects, and promotes the diversification and decentralization of innovation ecosystems; (3) AI co-evolved and co-existed with the innovation ecosystem it participated in, and in different stages of the construction of the innovation ecosystem, the innovation mechanism evolve from being expert-led, to partnerships and collaborations, and finally to collaborative sharing. This study has further enriched and developed the theory of innovation ecosystems, and it will provide guidance for enterprises to build innovation ecosystem under the new situation to enhance innovation vitality and sustainable development ability.
