创新开放度对企业创新绩效影响的实证研究

摘要： 本文以山东、江苏、福建、四川、陕西五省的主要经济开发区内的400家企业为研究对象，对创新开放度、吸收能力、创新独占性、创新绩效之间的关系及影响机理进行深入分析。实证研究结果表明: 研究结果表明，创新开放的广度与深度对吸收能力、开放式创新绩效均有正向影响；吸收能力在创新开放度与开放式创新绩效中有部分中介作用；创新独占性对吸收能力与开放式创新绩效的影响有正向调节作用。

Abstract: This study selected 400 enterprises from Shandong Jiangsu, Fujian, Shanxi, Sichuan Provinces’ Economic Development Zones as the research objects, and discusses the influence of enterprise innovation openness on enterprise open innovation performance, then using the mediating effect model with an adjustment variable examined the mechanism of the absorbing capacity and innovation appropriability . The result shows that, the breadth and depth of opening has a positive influence on the absorbing capacity and the innovation performance; the absorbing capacity plays the intermediary role in the innovation and opening degree and open innovation performance; innovation appropriability has a positive regulation effect between the absorbing capacity and open innovation performance.
