网络位置、知识搜索与创新绩效的关系研究—基于全球制造网络与本地集群网络集成的观点

Network position, knowledge search, and innovation performance:Based on the perspective of global manufacturing network and local cluster network integration

摘要: 本文采用全球制造网络与本地集群网络集成视角,提出了网络位置、知识搜索、创新绩效三者之间关系的理论假设;通过问卷调查收集我国173家企业数据并应用层次回归分析方法对这些假设进行了检验。研究发现:全球制造网络位置能够通过知识搜索(搜索宽度和搜索深度)的中介作用对创新绩效产生正向影响。研究同时发现本地集群网络位置对全球制造网络位置具有补充效应:能与全球制造网络位置一起对知识搜索具有显著的正向影响;在全球制造网络位置通过搜索深度影响创新绩效的机制中发挥正向调节作用。文章最后还探讨了本研究的理论贡献与管理启示,以及未来研究方向。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of the integration of Global Manufacturing Network (GMN) and Local Cluster Network (LCN), the hypotheses of relationship among network position, knowledge search, and innovation performance are proposed, and these hypotheses are tested by using hierarchical multiple regressions analysis with data collected from 173 firms. The results show that the scope and depth of knowledge search play the mediative roles in the relationship between GMN position and innovation performance. The results also suggest that LCN position has a supplement effect on the GMN position, namely together with GMN position, it has a positive impact on knowledge search with GMN position; it plays a moderative role in the impact of GMN position on innovation performance through the search depth. Finally, the theoretical contributions, management implications, and research suggestions are discussed.
