本文从网络中心性和结构洞两个方面研究了网络位置与地理位置的交互作用对企业创新绩效的影响。并应用多元回归分析方法对133家国内企业的调查数据进行实证分析。结果显示,网络中心度与地理临近性的交互作用对创新绩效有显著的正向影响作用;而结构洞与地理临近性的交互作用对企业创新绩效没有显著的影响。结果表明,地理集聚创造的优势很大程度上依赖于企业在其所处社会网络中的位置,而地理空间能够改变信息和资源在网络空间的转移效果。
Abstract
The effect of interaction between network position and the geographical proximity on the enterprise’s innovation performance is studied from two aspects of network centrality and structural holes. And through multiple regression analysis on the survey data of 133 domestic enterprises, the results show that the interaction between network centrality and geographical proximity has a significantly positive effect on enterprise’s innovation performance, however the interaction between structure holes and geographical proximity has an insignificant effect on enterprise’ s innovation performance. The results also indicate that the advantage of geographical agglomerative creations largely depends on the enterprise’s network position, and the geographical space is able to change the transfer effect of information and resources in the network space.
