所谓"发展模式",其基本涵义是指"在一定地区,一定历史条件,具有特色的经济发展的路子"(费孝通,1997)^[1]。城乡一体化发展模式即不同地区在各自的历史和经济条件下,各自探寻出来的推进城乡一体化的途径和采取的措施。城乡一体化具有很强的地域性和阶段性,不能盲目进行。本文通过对山东半岛城乡一体化发展模式的剖析,探寻城乡一体化发展的共同规律,并用于指导城乡一体化发展的实践,创新更多更有效的城乡一体化模式来促进城乡一体化的大发展。

The basic connotation of development mode is a distinctive way for economic development in certain areas with certain historical conditions (Fei, 1997). The mode of urban and rural areas development is that the different regions explore their own ways and measures to promote the integration of urban and rural areas with their own historical and economic conditions. Integrative development of urban and rural areas has a strong region ness and phase ness; it could not be blindly developed. Based on Shandong Peninsula, the mode and common law for the integrative development of urban and rural areas are dissected. The result is used to guide the practice for the integrative development of urban and rural areas, besides, more and more effective modes for the integrative development of urban and rural areas would be innovated.
