价值链升级过程中东软集团核心能力演进

摘要: 以东软集团为例进行纵向案例研究,探讨了东软从价值链到价值网络升级的全过程,分析了各阶段对应的核心能力,构建了价值链升级过程与核心能力演进的动态互动模型。研究发现:软件企业的价值链升级路径包括软件外包、解决方案提供商和跨组织合作开发三种模式,在这一过程中,企业的核心能力也相应地进行动态演进,并实现了从内部资源整合向外部资源整合的转化。

Abstract: Taking Neusoft Corporation as an example to conduct longitudinal study, the entire process of upgrading from value chain to value network and core competence relevant to every stage are explored, and a dynamic interaction model of the upgrading process and evolution of core competence is constructed. The results indicate that the upgrade includes three patterns, that is, software outsourcing, solution provider, and cross-organization cooperation. During the process, the core competences dynamically evolve and change from inside-resource integration to outside-resource integration.
