摘要： 研究研发产业热点领域并把握发展趋势,对于确定研发产业政策,确定科技经费支持重点具有重要意义。本文提出了利用专利和文献数据,分析研发产业热点领域与趋势的思路,并以北京研发产业为实例,阐述了北京研发产业热点领域及发展趋势。

Abstract: Studying on the hot areas of R&D industry and grasping the development trends are of great significance for determining the policies of R&D industry and the focus of science and technology funds. The idea that using the patents and literature data to analyze the hot areas and trends of R&D industry is proposed, and R&D industry of Beijing is taken as an example for describing the hot areas and development trends of R&D industry in Beijing.
