设计思维创新:发展演化、过程机制与实践原则
Innovation of design thinking: Its development, process mechanism and practice rules
对复杂问题高效求解并达成创新性解决方案是组织打造核心竞争力的关键,这必然要以科学规范的方法论作为依据。设计思维创新致力于问题导向的创新而不断发展演化,但因其分散的实践而呈现出碎片化和经验化特征。系统梳理设计思维创新的发展脉络,夯实其哲学基础并深入阐释理论框架、过程机制和实践原则,对推进理论发展和提高创新绩效具有重要意义。本文通过文献可视化对比分析刻画了设计思维理论研究的趋势、重点及其脉络关系,进而遵循辩证唯物主义方法论的内涵结构和因果过程逻辑构建了设计思维创新的分析框架,并结合重点文献就其核心要素及过程机制进行了系统剖析。研究发现:(1)设计思维创新致力于复杂问题的求解并因实践需要而发展演化;(2)设计思维创新秉承人本主义的价值导向和实用主义的效果逻辑;(3)设计思维创新强调非线性迭代机制、综合性实践工具和跨学科领域的系统融合;(4)适用于整体创新流程和主题环节的实践原则为设计思维创新效率提供保障。本研究为推动问题导向的创新提供了系统的理论依据和丰富的工具方法,有助于组织提升创新绩效和打造核心竞争力;研究结论为在发挥制度优势基础上推动中国式创新理论发展和加速中国创新发展战略提供了参考借鉴。
The key to cultivating an organization's core competitiveness lies in the adept resolution of intricate problems and the pursuit of innovative solutions, which demands a foundation built upon a scientific and standardized methodology.The innovation of design thinking, offers a dynamic approach to problem-solving, but its decentralized application can lead to fragmentation and empiricism. It is significant to systematically explore the development of design thinking, consolidate its philosophical underpinnings, and provide a comprehensive elucidation of its theoretical framework, process mechanisms and practical principles.This paper employed literature visualization, comparative analysis to delineate the trajectory, focal points, and research network concerning design thinking theory, constructed an analytical framework rooted in the connotation structure of dialectical materialism methodology and its logic of causality process.Through this framework, the paper systematically dissected the core elements and process mechanisms to the innovation of design thinking.
The research findings are: (1) Innovation of design thinking is dedicated to addressing intricate problems and evolves continuously in response to practical needs. (2)Innovation of design thinking adheres to the value orientation of humanism and the effectuation logic of pragmatism. (3) Innovation of design thinking advocates for the systematic integration of the nonlinear iterative mechanism, comprehensive practical tools, and interdisciplinary fields. (4) Practical principles, applicable to the overall innovation process and each thematic step, play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of innovation.
The study has furnished organizations with a systematic theoretical foundation and equipped them with ample tools to foster problem-oriented innovation, and then enhanced overall innovation performance and cultivated core competitiveness. Simultaneously, the conclusions offer valuable insights for advancing the development of Chinese innovation theory. It serves as a guide for accelerating China's innovation development strategy, leveraging the strengths inherent in the Chinese political system.

创新活动向人类命运总体意义的回归,是习近平“构建人类命运共同体”理念在经济社会领域引领重大理论与实践转向的具体体现。批判性回顾了关注社会需求的经典创新范式,提出有意义的创新(Meaningful innovation, MI)范式,强调企业应当主动关注创新意义,以之作为创新过程的先决变量,建立创新意义管理与创新要素组合并行的理论框架。回溯了理论源流,划定了理论边界,构建了理论基础,辨析了相关概念,阐述了内涵结构。回顾了改革开放以来,我国管理创新领域主流的创新理论范式的产生、发展与迭代,为有意义的创新之建立与未来发展提供启示。

Objective: Develop and apply a game to facilitate the use of design thinking for innovation.Method: The construction of the game was based upon the Constructivism Theory. The game was developed following the steps of: (i) understanding the target audience and the context; (ii) defining learning objectives; (iii) structuring the experience; (iv) identifying resources and applying gamification elements; (v) evaluation. Originality/Relevance: Design Thinking emerges as an alternative to improve the innovation process in companies. To facilitate this innovation process, this paper presents a game, through its development and application, based on the principles and stages of Design Thinking, focusing on difficulties of its implementation.Results: The game provides an iterative passage through all stages of the design thinking, giving a holistic view of the process, starting with a deep understanding of the problem, and coming to a design solution.Social / management contributions: The results of the game application have shown its potential to: (i) ease teamwork, avoiding negative discussions and providing active participation from all students; (ii) lead to insight generation in a comprehensible way, making clear the difference between insights and ideas; (iii) simplify the use of inspiring methods and techniques (such as Persona, Empathy Map and Napkin Pitch); (iv) develop creative confidence; (v) provide a pleasant and motivating learning environment for collaborative multidisciplinary work.Theoretical/Methodological contributions: The game provides a method for building serious games and the game as a method of applying Design Thinking for Innovation.
