摘要

   推进产业创新链与服务链深度融合,是实现战略性新兴产业生态化创新和高质量发展的关键。本文运用扎根理论识别战略性新兴产业创新链与服务链融合因素,基于“融合因素-融合效应-创新绩效”SCP范式,构建创新链与服务链融合因素作用机制的概念模型,并通过结构方程模型(SEM)进行实证研究。结果表明:创新链需求、创新生态环境、服务链功能是影响战略性新兴产业创新链与服务链融合的三类关键因素,且均正向作用于双链融合效应,作用效果依次增强,同时均能通过双链融合效应进一步正向作用于产业创新绩效。本研究丰富了产业创新链与服务链融合研究,为我国战略性新兴产业创新链与服务链融合发展的战略规划及政策组合制定提供理论依据与决策参考。

Abstract

   At present, there are some practical problems in strategic emerging industries, such as imperfect innovation chains, poor channels for technology transfer and commercialization, and “bottlenecks” in key and core technologies, which greatly hinder the sustainable innovation and high-quality development of industries. The 14th Five-Year Plan and the Vision for 2035 points out that “focusing on improving industrial innovation, accelerating the development of services in the fields of R&D design, business consulting, inspection and testing certification” and “building an integrated system of innovation and public services, and constructing a group of strategic emerging industries growth engines with different characteristics, complementary advantages, and reasonable structure”. Given this, constructing a service chain of strategic emerging industries and promoting the deep fusion of the innovation chain and service chain (abbreviated as dual chain) is the key to accelerating the on-going and efficient innovation of strategic emerging industries and breaking through the current development bottlenecks.The fusion of the dual chain of strategic emerging industries is a dynamic process of integrating knowledge, technology, talents and other resources, providing professional integrated services and system solutions based on modular matching and flexible docking, focusing on the innovation service needs of technological R&D, achievement transformation, industrialization and other links in the innovation chain. At present, the research on the fusion of dual chain of strategic emerging industries in China is still in the preliminary exploration stage. Specifically, the key factors of dual chain fusion and their action mechanisms have not yet been identified, nor have their influencing effects been tested through empirical research. In view of the increasing demands for the fusion of industrial dual chain as well as the lack of theoretical and empirical research, this study first applied the grounded theory to identify the fusion factors of dual chain of strategic emerging industries. Then, based on the SCP paradigm of “fusion factors - fusion effects - innovation performance”, we constructed a conceptual model of the action mechanism of the fusion factors of industrial dual chain, and further use data from 278 valid questionnaires and adopt the Structural Equation Model (SEM) for empirical research. The results showed that innovation chain demands, innovative ecological environment and service chain function are the three types of key factors influencing the fusion of dual chain of strategic emerging industries, and all of the three play a positive role on the dual chain fusion effect with increasing effect in turn. At the same time, all of the three fusion factors can further positively influence the industrial innovation performance through the intermediary role of the fusion effect. Further analysis demonstrates that innovation chain demand is the key driving force to promote the fusion of industrial dual chain, innovative ecological environment is a guarantee factor to promote the fusion, service chain function is a fast channel to drive the fusion, and the fusion effect plays an intermediary role between fusion factors and industrial innovation performance, emphasizing that promoting the dual chain fusion and maximizing the effect of dual chain fusion are crucial to improving industrial innovation performance. This study enriches the research on the fusion of industrial dual chain, and provides decision reference for the strategic planning and policy formulation of the fusion development of the dual chain of strategic emerging industry.
