临时团队情绪智力与团队创造力的关系是情绪与创新领域研究的热点。研究以大学生临时团队为样本，采用结构方程模型和仿真模拟分析，对团队情绪智力、创新文化、快速信任、知识转移、团队创造力5个变量进行实证研究，探究了临时团队情绪智力对团队创造力的影响机制。研究发现，临时团队情绪智力通过创新文化、快速信任、知识转移的有调节的中介效应间接影响团队创造力。最后分析了该研究对临时团队管理实践的启示。

The relationship between emotional intelligence and team creativity has always been a hot topic in the filed of emotion and innovation research. Based on structural equation model (SEM) and simulation, the paper discusses the mechanism of emotional intelligence and team creativity with temporary?team. An empirical research is conducted with temporary team sample, exploring the relationship of emotional intelligence, culture of innovation, swift trust, knowledge transfer and team creativity. The results show that emotional intelligence indirectly affects team creativity via a moderated mediating effect of culture of innovation, swift trust and knowledge transfer. Finally, managerial implications of temporary team are discussed.
