摘要: 基于网络嵌入视角,文章对中层管理者在企业创新中的角色进行了系统分析,并采用问卷获取数据,检验了中层管理者的角色行为对企业创新绩效的影响。结果发现:中层管理者的角色行为对企业创新绩效具有显著的影响,其中员工间的情感共鸣、知识共享和行为共振发挥着显著的中介作用。这一发现对于理解并发挥中层管理者在企业创新中的作用,具有一定的理论和实践价值。

Abstract: From the perspective of network embeddedness, this paper makes a systematic analysis on the role of middle managers in enterprise innovation, and examines the influence of middle managers' role behaviors on enterprise innovation performance using questionnaire data. The result shows that middle managers’ role behaviors have significant effects on enterprise innovation performance, where emotion resonance, knowledge sharing, and behavior resonance among employees play a significant mediating role. The conclusions have certain theoretical and practical significance to understand and exert the middle manager’s effects in enterprise innovation.
