协同创新是利用企业资本和社会资本进行创新成本最小的一种新的方式，在知识经济时代，创新形式和频率都发生了变化，协同创新已成为企业开展创新活动的主要形式。知识的流动是创新的保证，协同企业之间开展知识产权合作，对于企业而言，如何发挥好知识产权合作在协同创新中的作用，是创新活动得以有效开展的重要保证。在对协同创新中企业知识产权合作影响因素分析的基础上，建立了基于协同创新的企业知识产权合作的系统动力学模型，对其合作效率进行了模拟评价，并提出了在协同创新过程中，提高知识产权合作效率的建议。

Collaborative innovation is a new way for innovation with minimum cost using enterprise capital and social capital. In a knowledge era, the outlook and frequency of innovation have changed. Collaborative innovation has become the mainstream for enterprise conducting innovation. Knowledge flow can provide assurance for innovation, so IP cooperation should be carried out between collaborative enterprises. For enterprise, how to make use of IP cooperation for collaborative innovation is an important issue that can ensure the smoothness of innovation. Based on the analysis of IP cooperation influential factors, a dynamic system model based on IP cooperation between collaborative enterprises is established. The cooperation efficiency is evaluated by simulation. Advices are given for improving IP cooperation efficiency in the process of collaborative innovation.
