本文对工业化对信息化促进效率的影响因素进行了研究，提出了适合于工业化对信息化促进效率影响因素识别的GRNN-DEMATEL方法。首先利用超效率DEA模型计算了工业化对信息化的促进效率，然后利用GRNN神经网络计算目标指标和影响因素指标之间的权值来得到直接关联矩阵，然后利用传统DEMATEL方法分析工业化对信息化促进效率的影响因素。本文利用GRNN-DEMATEL分析了2003年至2011年我国工业化对信息化促进效率的影响因素，结果表明工业企业的研发效率是对促进效率影响最大的因素。

This paper studies the influencing factors of promotion efficiency from Industrialization to Informatization and proposes GRNN-DEMATEL method. It applies Super DEA model to evaluate the promotion efficiency of Industrialization to Informatization and exploits GRNN neural network to calculate the weights between object index and influencing factor index and uses the weights to get the direct-relation matrix, then takes advantage of traditional DEMATEL method to study the influencing factors of promotion efficiency of Industrialization to Informatization. The empirical analysis is done with the data on Industrialization and Informatization during the period of 2003-2011. The results show that the R&D efficiency of industrial company is the most important influencing factor.
