创业拼凑为突破新企业创建与成长中的资源约束提供了全新的理论视角，但创业拼凑如何通过“无中生有”实现新企业生存并获得成长、以及该过程中的影响因素尚不明确。本文以资源约束为背景，构建了创业拼凑、关系信任与新企业绩效之间的理论模型，通过对212家成立时间在8年内新企业的问卷调查和实证检验，研究发现：创业拼凑对新企业财务绩效、成长绩效具有显著地正影响；关系信任对创业拼凑与新企业财务绩效、成长绩效具有显著地调节作用。研究建议中国升级版经济环境下的新企业通过“内外兼修”的方式培育和发展创业拼凑战略，并注重关系信任的资源配置机制和经济杠杆作用，以突破资源约束及获得创业成功。

Entrepreneurial bricolage provides a new theoretical perspective for breaking out of the resource constraints in new enterprises. But else factors between entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance are not clear yet. Based on the 212 samples of new enterprise within 8 years, an empirical research is conducted to test the influence of the entrepreneurial bricolage on entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of relationship trust. The empirical results show that: the entrepreneurial bricolage has a significantly positive relationship with finance performance and growth performance. Furthermore, trust has a moderating effect on the relationship between the entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance. The findings indicate that new firms in upgraded economics should build and develop entrepreneurial bricolage strategy by way of internally and externally, and emphasize the effect of relationship trust at resource allocation mechanism and economic levers to break the resource constraints and implement entrepreneurial success.
