中国是一个“关系取向”的民族，传统的文化基因使得关系网络嵌入了较多的人情和感情属性，持续的经济转型又导致了市场与政府并存的“二元”网络结构。相较与已有的“关系”本土化研究，关系质量作为中国企业关系投入质性效果的多维度概念，也是此研究中不可忽视的重要组成。本文基于中国传统文化与转型经济形态，提炼了企业关系质量的属性构成，开发了政府和市场关系质量量表，深化及扩展了关系网络的本土化理论。

China is a guanxi-oriented nation, incorporates the notion of ganqing and renqing. Sustained economic transformation has led to the dual network structure. Compared with the existing indigenous research, guanxi quality is a key variable to evaluate qualitative effect. Based on unique cultural and institutional backgrounds, this article posits and examines a measurement scale of business quanxi quality and government guanxi quality on organization level. We attempt to provide a definition and a typology of research on guanxi quality to improve the study of Chinese indigenous theory.
