3D技术对动漫产业带来革命性影响并正在成为动漫产业发展的主流技术。本文通过对日、美典型动漫企业在全球申请的3D技术专利进行多要素情报分析，揭示了不同产业发展模式对动漫企业3D技术创新的影响，呈现了典型企业在中国大陆地区3D技术专利布局形势及其市场策略，并结合我国动漫产业现状提出了在创新激励机制、产业技术模式、技术研发策略上的具体对策。

3D technology has brought a revolutionary impact on the animation industry, and it’s becoming the mainstream technology of the development of animation industry. In this paper, based on the analysis of the multi factor information of the 3D technology patents in the United States and Japan, reveals the influence of different industrial development models on 3D technology innovation of animation enterprises, presents the 3D technology patent layout situation and market strategy of typical enterprises in China. According to the present situation of the animation industry in China, this paper put forward specific countermeasures in innovation incentive mechanism, industrial technology model, and technology research and development strategy.
