开放式创新为企业和其他创新主体进行技术开发提供了新的视角和方法，然而开放式创新对企业创新实效影响的研究仍有待深入。本文以专利维持作为专利质量的代理变量，运用虚拟回归的方法对高校和科研机构等专业机构的参与、开放式创新的采用对专利质量的影响进行了分析。回归分析结果表明，高校和科研机构的参与并未能够提高专利质量，基于合作开发的开放式创新能够明显提升专利质量。据此提出提升开放式创新效果和专利质量的建议。

Open innovation provides a new perspective and method for enterprises and other innovative entities to develop technology. However, studies on effectiveness of open innovation remain need to be deepened. This paper takes maintaining of patents as a proxy variable for patent quality, uses virtual regression method to analyze the impact of two factors on patent quality. One is the participation of universities and research institutions, while another is the adopting of open innovation. Regression analysis showed that the participation of universities and research institutions can not improve patent quality, while the joint development based on open innovation can significantly improve the quality of patents. Finally, this paper renders some suggestions to promote effect of open innovation and patent quality.
