复杂产品系统项目组织动态能力的系统动力学建模与仿真

摘要: 复杂产品系统对推动社会经济发展具有重要作用,本文从系统的角度出发,将复杂产品系统项目组织动态能力分为技术控制力、组织控制力和客户感知力,并以反馈速度、反馈质量、合作意愿等变量为桥梁建立系统动力学模型,通过Vensim软件对项目生命周期进行模拟。研究表明:动态能力在项目生命周期内表现出了S型增长趋势,按照团队发展理论,信任在项目生命周期内表现出U型确实对组织动态能力的影响是敏感的,模块开发阶段的投机行为对动态能力各维度的负反馈作用最明显,且对技术控制力的影响具有滞后性。

Abstract: Complex product and system(CoPS) plays an important role in the promotion of social and economic development.Dynamic capabilities of CoPS project organization are divided into technical control power, organizational control power and customer perceptionfrom the system perspective. Dynamic model is set up based on intermediate variables, such as feedback speed, feedback quality and cooperation willingness. Through simulating the model via Vensim, the results is proposed which indicate that dynamic capabilities show S-shaped growth trend and U-shaped trust according to the team development theory has evident influence on the dynamic capabilities in the lifecycle. Besides, speculative behavior at the module development stage has the most obvious side effect on all dimensions of the dynamic capabilities and reveals the hysteretic impact on the technical control power.
