摘要： 作为可持续范式之一，绿色增长被普遍视作一个更能摆脱经济停滞的途径而受到理论界和超国家组织的广泛关注，然而它仍是一个较新的概念，理论界对其内涵解读并不一致。本文对绿色增长内涵及其实现路径的相关研究进行了述评。通过追溯绿色增长产生的背景和形成过程，梳理不同视角下对绿色增长内涵的界定，总结不同条件下绿色增长的实现手段和路径，归纳了政策、技术和投资三大绿色增长推动因素及其作用机制。

Abstract: As a paradigm for sustainability, green growth is commonly regarded as an approach to breaking away from economic stagnation and therefore receives widespread attention by theorists and supranational institutions. However, it is still a new concept and lacks of a consensus on its definition. By tracing the background of green growth, this paper combs various definitions in different points of view, summarizes its implementation path under different conditions, concludes that policy, technology and investment are the three key drives of green growth and presents a mechanism of action.
