对企业获取政府创新支持机制与路径的探索或许是解决当前政府创新支持是否促进企业技术创新争论的蹊径。为此，本文以广东省173家企业为样本，对企业技术创新、政治关联与政府创新支持之间的关系进行研究，同时考察企业性质与制度环境的调节作用，结果发现：尽管整体而言企业技术创新可以直接或间接通过政治关联来获得政府创新支持，然而进一步分析表明，技术创新作为企业获取政府创新支持的路径仅在良好的制度环境或非国有企业情境下才有效。无论在何种情境下，政治关联构建都是企业获取政府创新支持最为重要的直接路径。这些结论具有重要的理论意义和实践启示。

The exploration how enterprises attain government innovation support may be the way to solve the conflict on the question whether government innovation support boost enterprises’ innovation. Based on questionnaires conducted by 173 enterprises in Guangdong China, the relationship between politics association innovation and government innovation support was studied. The results showed that: Though enterprise innovation can be attained via political association, such mechanism is only effective at good institutional environment or in non-state-owned enterprises. Under all kinds of contexts, the construction of political association is the most important direct pathway for enterprises to attain government innovation support.
