心理资本作为资本理论的重要组成部分在人类行为研究中扮演着重要角色。本文围绕“知识型员工心理资本与工作绩效关系”这一主线，以浙江省高科技企业的知识型员工为调查对象，利用结构方程进行实证研究，通过AMOS软件对模型和数据进行分析，探讨了变量之间的相关关系及作用大小。研究结果显示，心理资本与知识型员工工作绩效正相关并且相关度较稳定。其中，自我效能感和回复力与工作绩效各维度之间正相关关系明显，希望与任务绩效、乐观与工作奉献不相关。

As an important part of capital theory, psychological capital plays an important role in the researches of human behavior. This paper focuses on “the relationship between psychological capital and performance of knowledge worker”, takes knowledge workers of high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province as research object, establishes structural equation model to empirical research, then uses AMOS software to analyze the model and data, and explores the role and size of relationship between the variables. The results showed that psychological capital is stably positively related to the performance of knowledge worker. Among them, confidence and resilience is obviously positive correlation with each dimension of performance, while there is no-relevant between hope and task performance, and the same as optimism and job devotion.
