集群企业的创新能力是受区域文化、知识网络关系、结构等多重嵌入类型共同作用的。通过对浙江省绍兴、温州两地集群的实证研究发现，不同维度的区域文化嵌入对集群企业的知识网络关系强度、持久度和网络规模、多样性以及开放度具有重要影响，而后者又对集群企业的探索性创新和利用性创新能力带来不同作用。而文化嵌入广度的作用，需要结合具体区域的文化内容进行。同时，在分析网络嵌入作用时，应从创新全过程视角出发并结合具体的情景分析。

Cluster firm’s innovation capability is influenced by multiple embeddedness such as regional culture, netwok stucture and ralation of knowledge network.Through empirical research on clusters of Shaoxing and Wenzhou,we find that different dimensions of regional culture have important influences on the structure and relationship of firm’s knowledge network, which in turn brings different effects to firm’s exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.At the same time, based on firm’s low investment in innovation, it should be from the perspective of whole innovation process and specific context to analyze the role of knowledge network.
