摘要: 论文从城市轨道交通特性与旅游企业空间区位选择;城市轨道交通建设改变旅游边缘区旅游资源区位、旅游市场区位、旅游从业人员区位、旅游交通区位;城市轨道交通建设有利于促进城市旅游边缘区旅游用地增加及旅游资源与旅游项目的开发;城市轨道交通建设促进旅游企业在旅游边缘区集聚等方面分析了城市轨道建设对旅游企业空间区位选择及城市旅游边缘区旅游发展的影响。论文以杭州城市轨道交通建设对杭州旅游边缘区发展的影响为例进行了实证研究。

Abstract: In order to discuss the influence of urban mass transit on tourism business location selection and tourism development in urban peripheral areas, this paper explains the relationship between urban mass transit's features and tourism businesses' spatial location selection behaviors, demonstrating that urban mass transit will definitely improve resource location, market location, employee location and transportation location, stimulate tourism land use as well as tourism resource and project exploration, and result in the concentration of tourism businesses in urban peripheral tourism areas. Meanwhile, this paper also takes Hangzhou as an empirical example to analyze the influence of urban mass transit on the development of urban peripheral tourism areas.
