摘要

FDI嵌入型产业集群中,由外资企业的技术或管理类员工离职创业而衍生内资企业的现象越来越普遍,通过企业衍生途径获取FDI知识将成为内资企业知识创新的重要环节。本文系统研究了企业衍生促进FDI知识转移的机理及企业衍生途径下FDI知识转移的影响因素,Tobit模型的实证研究发现:企业衍生对FDI知识转移具有重要的促进作用,而且更有利于隐性知识的转移;进一步对衍生企业和员工流动企业样本组进行对比研究,发现衍生企业样本组的知识创新绩效显著好于员工流动样本组,进一步证明了企业衍生对于FDI知识转移的促进作用。

Abstract

In the FDI-embedded industrial clusters, the phenomenon that technical or management staffs of foreign-funded enterprises resigning to start a business has become more and more common. Achieving FDI knowledge through enterprises derivation will become an important part of domestic-funded enterprises' knowledge innovation. This paper systematically studies the mechanism and influencing factors of FDI knowledge transfer under the influence of enterprises derivation. The empirical results from Tobit Model show that enterprises derivation plays an important role in FDI knowledge transfer and especially promotes invisible knowledge transfer. Further, through comparative researches on enterprise derivation and the employee turnover samples, we find that the knowledge innovation performance in enterprises derivation sample is significantly better than that in the staff turnover sample, which further proves the promoting effect of enterprises derivation on FDI knowledge transfer.
