摘要

创新联盟中知识产权风险的存在影响了联盟的形成并阻碍了联盟的可持续发展.本文首先在理论文献研究基础上对创新联盟的形成绩效进行了界定,并对快速信任在解决知识产权风险与创新联盟形成绩效中的作用进行了理论探讨;其次实证检验了知识产权风险对创新联盟形成绩效的负向影响作用,以及快速信任对知识产权风险与创新联盟形成绩效之间关系的积极调节效应;最后进行了创新点总结并从多个视角提出了未来的研究方向.

Abstract

The intellectual property risk affects the formation of the innovation alliance and hinders its sustainable development. Firstly, based on the literature review, this paper defines the formation performance of innovation alliance, and gives a theoretical study of the role of swift trust in addressing intellectual property risk and innovation performance. Secondly, using Structural Equation Model(SEM), an empirical test is made to the negative impact of intellectual property risk on innovation alliance formation performance, and the moderating effect of rapid trust on the relationship between intellectual property risk and innovation alliance formation performance. Finally, the innovation points are summarized from multiple angles and the future direction of research is alsoproposed in this paper.
