动态能力是企业对运作能力进行管理的能力,即整合和更新运作能力以创造和持续竞争优势的高层次能力。本文从时间与空间动态演化的新视角演绎能力的动态性,即从能力广度、能力深度、能力演化速度三个维度重构动态能力的主导逻辑框架。然后,识别该框架的能力广度、能力深度、能力演化速度、能力交互度的“四度”属性,剖析了动态能力的“四度”属性与竞争优势、企业绩效及外部环境的关系及其作用机理。同时,运用结构方程模型方法实证检验结构关系,研究表明,能力广度、能力深度、能力演化速度、能力交互度通过对竞争优势的作用而影响企业绩效,环境动荡性在动态能力与企业绩效之间有调节作用。最后,论文提出培育动态能力的有效机制。
Abstract
The dynamic capability is an ability to manage the operational capabilities, that is, a high level capacity to integrate and update operational capabilities to create and sustain competitive advantage. This study deconstructs dynamic capabilities from a new perspective of time and space evolution and builds a three-dimension model of dynamic capabilities' components including extent, depth, and evolving speed of dynamic capabilities. Then, the relationship between the dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage is tested by field survey and structural equation model. The findings show that the four components of dynamic capabilities have a positive effect on the competitive advantage and environment uncertainty plays a mediating effect.
