资源整合在新创企业发展过程中至关重要，然而新创企业如何有效整合资源以提升企业绩效尚未得到深入探究。因此，本研究基于不同环境情境探究新创企业两种资源整合方式（稳定型和突变型）对企业绩效的深入影响。通过使用SPSS软件对904份新创企业进行聚类分析和回归分析，结果显示：在高宽松、低动态环境情境下，两种资源整合均对新创企业绩效有积极影响；而在低宽松、高动态环境情境下，只有突变型资源整合对新创企业绩效有积极影响。
Abstract
Resource combination plays an important role in the development of new ventures. However, we still know little about how new ventures combine resources to improve their performance. Therefore, this paper explores how resource combination (stabilizing and pioneering) influences new ventures performance. After cluster analysis and regression analysis on 904 new ventures, we get results as follows: in highly munificent and low dynamic environment, both ways of resource combination have positive effect on the performance; in highly dynamic and low munificent environment, only the pioneering way of resource combination has positive effect on the performance.
