摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文借助多方程时间序列模型的脉冲响应函数、面板数据模型从全国和区域层面研究了我国产学研合作的经济绩效，并采用单方程误差修正模型对产学研合作影响经济增长的机理或渠道进行实证检验。研究结果表明，产学研合作对全国经济增长和区域经济增长均具有正向影响，但影响程度并不高，产学研合作的经济绩效较低；产学研合作与技术创新能力之间存在长期均衡关系，但在短期调整中，我国产学研合作对技术创新能力虽有正向促进作用，但影响幅度较低，长期效果比短期明显。这能够为产学研合作经济绩效较低的观点提供解释。最后，本文给出相应的政策启示。

Abstract: With the impulse response analysis and panel data model, the paper studies empirically the economic growth performance of Industry-University-Research institution Collaboration (IURC) and the channels through which IURC influences the economic performance is also analyzed using ECM model. The results show that IURC has a positive impact on national economic growth and regional economic growth, but the effect is modest; There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between IURC and enterprise independent innovation ability, IURC has a positive impact on the capability of enterprise independent innovation, but the effect is modest. This result provides an explanation for the view that the performance of IURC is relatively weak. Finally, some appropriate policy recommendations are provided in the paper.
