摘要： 开放创新、联合开发、知识吸收已成为创新理论和实践发展的关注焦点。基于已有研究，本文探讨了企业吸收能力的概念内涵，提出了过程视角下企业吸收能力的组成与结构，并通过问卷调查和验证性因子分析进行了实证检验。结果表明，过程视角下的企业吸收能力是一个含有三阶维度的复杂概念，即其描述知识处理功能的一阶因子与描述组织学习过程的二阶因子存在递归关系，并且三个二阶因子还可以收敛为一个更为高阶的因子。

Abstract: Open innovation, joint development and knowledge absorption havebecome the focus of innovative theory development and practice.Based on existingresearch, the concept of absorptive capacityis explored firstly, then the components and structure of absorptive capacity from the perspective of process is proposed, and finally an empirical research is conducted byquestionnaire survey and confirmatory factor analysis. The results showthat enterprise absorptive capacity from the perspective of process is a complex concept with third-order dimensions, that is, there exists a recursive relation between the first-order factors for describing the knowledge processing function and the second-order factors for describing the organizational learning process, and the three second-order factors can also be converged to a higher-level factor.
