Research on function paths of team knowledge transfer risk on knowledge transfer performance:Mediating effects of knowledge network and moderating effects of team shared mental models

摘要: 构建团队知识转移风险、知识网络、知识转移绩效及团队共享心智模式的理论分析框架。使用结构方程和层次回归分析法对已构建理论分析框架进行实证分析,实证结果表明:团队知识转移风险与知识转移绩效间显著负相关;知识网络是团队知识转移风险与知识转移绩效的中介变量;团队共享心智模式正向调节团队知识转移风险、知识网络与知识转移绩效间的关系。研究将对降低团队知识转移风险,提升知识转移绩效有所裨益。

Abstract: This paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of relationships among team knowledge transfer risk, knowledge network, knowledge transfer performance and sharedmental models. TheSEM and hierarchical regression analysis was adopted to carry out empirical analysis of the established theoretical analysis framework, the results show thatthere exists significantly negative relationships between team knowledge transfer risk and knowledge transfer performance, knowledge networkacts as a mediating variable between team knowledge transfer risk and knowledge transfer performance, while teamsharedmental models positively regulate relationships among team knowledge transfer risk, knowledge network and knowledge transfer performance. Research will be beneficial to reducingteam knowledge transfer risk and promoting knowledge transfer performance.
