摘要

本文采用文献整理和合作访谈调研相结合的方式，设计有效的测度量表，发放问卷并获得相关数据，在可靠性检验的基础之上，利用典型相关分析方法，研究创业企业与创投机构合作关系影响其成长绩效的关键因素。研究发现创业企业与创投机构间的利益分配、信任程度及信息共享度是影响创业企业成长绩效的重要因素。

Abstract

This paper develops an effective scale using literature research and interviews, and gets relevant data through questionnaire. After reliability testing, canonical correlation analysis is used to find the key factors of the relationship between Venture Enterprise and Venture Capital that impact Venture Enterprise's growth performance. Results show that the distribution of benefits，trust and information sharing between Venture Enterprise and Venture Capital are important factors affecting Venture Enterprise's growth performance.
