为了解决传统内燃机汽车引起的各种问题,汽车制造商纷纷致力于更加清洁的新能源汽车,开发了多种发动机技术。本文主要分析了汽车产业不同技术轨道之间的竞争,并运用1995-2010年期间的专利数据,同时对比中国汽车制造商的专利数据,分析了世界主要汽车制造商的创新战略。结果显示:在发动机技术方面,世界主要汽车制造商的专利呈现出多样化组合的态势,其战略定位也明显不同。
Abstract
In order to solve the problems caused by conventional cars, car manufacturers have committed to cleaner energy vehicles and the development of a variety of engine technology. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the competition between different technological trajectories of vehicles industry, comparing the patent data of Chinese car manufacturer and using the patent data analysis to study the innovation strategies of car manufacturers over the period of 1995 to 2010. This analysis emphasizes the progressive diversification of firms' patent portfolios over the whole set of engine technologies and the differentiated strategic positioning of car manufacturers according to countries and regions.
