摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文在剖析知识产权风险对联盟创新绩效影响的深层机理基础上，提出了知识产权风险通过竞合意识和技术吸收能力对创新绩效产生影响的模型，并进行了实证验证。结论认为知识产权风险通过激发成员的竞合意识而最终提高联盟的创新绩效。

Abstract: Firstly, this paper deeply analyses the impact of risk of intellectual property affects on innovation performance. secondly, the conceptual model of the effect among the risk of intellectual property rights, the sense of co-opetition, technology absorptive capacity and innovation performance is made, finally, the conclusion of empirical analysis is that the existence of intellectual property risk in the alliance will stimulate the awareness of members of competition and cooperation, improving the alliance's innovation performance.
