Abstract
As a hot issue of organizational behavior, job burnout and job engagement, two psychological and behavioral states which are waxing and waning each other, have been concerned by academics for a long time. But in most studies, they were treated as two isolated factors with their inner connections being ignored. The paper integrates the research results of the past, and summarizes latest achievements of measurement methods, antecedent variables and outcome variables based on the intrinsic relationship between them, making a series of outlook focusing on the expected future research.
